The Lynch Mansion was brightly lit.
Joshua sat on the couch, quietly listening to his grandmother and his father as they reprimanded him.
“Why did you announce you’re getting a divorce all of a sudden! “
“Alice is the mother of your two children, did you get our blessing? Before you announce you’re getting a divorce?“
“And you’re divorcing Alice for Luna! “
Granny Lynch sat on the couch, rapping the cane in her hand hard against the floor producing loud clicks. “I told you Luna was bad news! For her, first, you chased Aura out, and now you’re divorcing Alice! She chased away one woman after another, she’s a homewrecker! “
The old lady’s words made Adrian frown. “Joshua, what were you thinking? Even if it’s just for the children, you shouldn’t get divorced so easily.“
Joshua lowered his head, playing with the phone in his hands.
A long while later, he raised his head and swept his eyes across his father’s face faintly. “Father. Not long ago, didn’t you keep asking me to marry Hailey Walter?“
Adrian’s expression changed.
He frowned but before he could speak, Joshua’s phone rang.
The photos Nellie sent to him. They were taken secretly.
In the photos, Theo sat at the dining table in Luna’s apartment, right beside Neil, eating while smiling happily.
(I don’t like him, come now! ]
The man’s face instantly darkened.
Not only did Luna invite Theo over for dinner, she even asked his two children to accompany him?!
He stood up, his expression dark as a raging storm. “ I’m busy, I’ll be leaving now.“
“Come back! “
Seeing him turn and leave without a second’s hesitation, the old lady was furious.
She rapped her cane harshly on the floor. “How dare you! Leaving while your grandmother and father are talking to you?! “
Joshua continued walking, not even bothering to turn his head. “Since I was a kid, none of you have been able to influence my decisions, this time is no different.“
He only sat here listening to their nagging because he respected them, as his elders, nothing more than that.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
