That night, Joshua had a very long, very realistic dream where his Luna Gibson returned to him. She fed him water and listened as he called her Honey.
They even…
In his dream, he called her Luna Gibson, and she answered him every single time.
Not Alice’s awkward and unnatural reply, but an incredibly natural and smooth reply.
The man closed his eyes and reminisced for a long time.
If only…this dream became reality.
A moment later, he opened his eyes and was met with the hotel room’s luxurious décor. He was not the only one asleep on the huge, soft bed, however. There was also…Alice, dressed in nothing but her underwear.
She laid asleep in his arms like a little kitten.
On the ground beside the bed were piles of discarded tissues and their clothes.
Joshua rubbed the space between his eyebrows. Seeing the sight that greeted his eyes, it was impossible for him to not know what happened.
Was everything that happened last night true after all?
“You’re awake?“ Awakened by his movements, in his arms, Alice opened her eyes and raised her head to look at him. She blinked, her eyes still crusted with a layer of sleep. “You were so rough last night.“
Joshua paused, then raised his hands and pulled her into his lap. “I was so happy last night.“
It was no dream, after all. Last night…he finally found the feeling he missed so much from her.
“I was so happy, too.“ Alice laid in his arms and sounded delighted, but he failed to notice the spite- filled eyes of hers.
Last night…
In the room next door, Luna was still fast asleep. Joshua was so rough with her last night.
She had no idea what took over him, but he repeatedly called her Luna Gibson and forced her to reply. He even forced her to call him Honey.
The more she called him by that term of endearment, however, the more vicious he became.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
