When Luna returned to the booth, Arianna and another of Luna’s male assistants, Zayne Campbell, were staring at their phones somewhat excitedly.
As soon as he saw Luna entering, Zayne immediately tucked his phone away and regained his composure. Meanwhile, Arianna stared at Luna as if she wanted t o say something but ultimately decided against it.
Luna was still thinking about what had happened with Celeste moments ago, so she did not notice her assistants’ strange behavior. She entered the booth and sat down in her seat.
All of a sudden, she received a text message from Shannon.
(One of the three assistants you hired today has been spreading rumors about you.]
Luna frowned at the text, but just as she was about to ask Shannon more, she received another message from her. It was a forwarded conversation from a different group chat.
Luna gripped her phone tightly and read all of the messages. It made her so exasperated that she suddenly felt like laughing.
Luna raised her head to look at the four people before her. They were engaged in a conversation
about their previous work and education experiences.
Luna let out an exhale and tried to suppress her emotions. Then, she proceeded to join in their conversation as if nothing was wrong.
Suddenly, Irene mentioned that she wanted to grow closer to the rest of the employees at Lynch Group and suggested the rest join the company’s group chat. When Luna heard this, she smirked and turned around to glance at Samson. “Do you agree with her?“
Samson felt a little puzzled as to why Luna asked him that, though he nonetheless replied with a frown, “Yes, and no. I’m an introvert, so I don’t really enjoy socializing with people. No matter where I go, I never join any company group chats.“
Luna curled her lips into a smirk and glanced at Arianna and Zayne. “What about you two?“
Arianna realized what Luna was getting at, so she stammered, “I… I only join group chats like this if someone invites me.“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
