Luna guessed that somehow, the rumors had made their way to Joshua. Otherwise, he would not be calling her at this hour for no reason.
She let out a sigh, picked up the phone, and strode out of the room. “Hello?“
“From tomorrow onward, Zach and Yuri won’t be working at Lynch Group Tower anymore, “ said Joshua coldly.
Luna sucked in a deep breath. “Why?“
Neil had summoned Zach and Yuri over when Aura had tried to kill Nellie at the amusement park. If it were not for them, Neil would never have managed to open the door to the control room and stopped her and Nellie from falling out of the Ferris Wheel.
To a certain extent, Zach and Yuri had saved their lives.
These two brothers had come all the way to the city from their rural village just to seek a job. They did not desire much and were already content with working at Lynch Group Tower as security guards.
Was Joshua going to fire them over some false rumors that a newbie spread?
“No reason, “ Joshua answered curtly. “There are a lot of rumors about you circling around the company now, and I’ll try to find out who’s behind all this.
However, you’ve already delayed the project for too many days. You have to make progress tomorrow because there are still some other preparations I have to do afterward. As for the rest, I’ll take care of it for you.“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
