“We’re…going to the hospital.“ Gwen turned around and glanced at Luna. “Luna’s sending me back to the hospital…“
Joshua nodded and strode into the elevator, pushing Gwen along in front of him as he lifted his head to glance at Luna. “This is the information that the supplier in Sea City gave me. I think there’s something wrong with the data, so I wanted you to have a look at it.“
Luna frowned and followed the two of them, skimming through the document Joshua had handed her.
Joshua was right. According to this document, the mineral content within the gemstones did not match up with the previous data.
Luna furrowed her brows, took out her phone, and started calculating the financial losses these discrepancies would cost the company. Then, she asked coldly, “Is this the only supplier list with problems? What about the previous ones?“
“Lucas is still comparing them. I don’t think we should collaborate with this vendor again in the future, and I want to sue them for the losses that have incurred.“
“Yes, I agree.“
Just as they were engrossed in their discussion, the elevator stopped at the first floor, giving a lurch.
Luna was too focused on their conversation that she did not notice the elevator had arrived at their destination. When the elevator jolted violently to a halt, she could not help retching again.
She immediately grabbed hold of Joshua’s arm for support.
Seeing that she did not look well, Joshua gripped her arm and asked, “Are you not feeling well?“
This was the second time in a day he saw her vomiting.
“We’re headed to the hospital, anyway. We can get you checked by a doctor.“
Luna’s entire body stiffened at his words. She tried to suppress the nauseous feeling in her stomach and stood straight, smiling at Joshua. “There’s no need. It’s nothing to worry about.“
Just as she spoke, however, her stomach gave another heave. This time, her gags were so intense that she almost stumbled and fell. Fortunately, Joshua caught her just in time.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
