Then, Fiona gently took a sip. Her face blushed even more among the steam.
“I…never would have thought that you would agree to such a demanding request of mine.“
Luna paused for a while before looking at her deeply.
“I can give you romance and everything that you want. Everything that couples should have, I could give it to you, but Ms. Blake, I hope that you are clear on this.“
Joshua’s voice turned low and cold.
“I already have a love of mine. I have three kids with her. I cannot abandon her. Everything that I give you will be fake, can you accept that?“
Fiona’s face involuntarily turned pale upon Joshua’s words.
After a while, she smiled bitterly. “Mr. Lynch, why do you have to be such a killjoy? Since I have flown all the way from Sharnwick City to Banyan City to look for you to cure your son’s sickness, that proves that I don’t care about all this…“
Then, Fiona sighed, “Am I troubling you?“ Joshua furrowed his brows a little. “No.“ “Then, that’s great.“
Luna pursed her lips and gently placed the teacup down. She calmly swept a glance at her surroundings.
“Am I staying in the bedroom on the second floor? “ Joshua nodded. “Hmm.“
“Then I…“ Fiona smiled. “I’ll head up to rest.“
Then, she stood up and was about to head upstairs.
She did not know whether she stood up too quickly or it was some other reason. Fiona fumbled and almost fell.
Joshua reacted quickly and held onto her. “Be more gentle.“
“I don’t have much strength already.“ Fiona chuckled with a pale face. “My body has been deteriorating. Mr. Lynch, could you…carry me upstairs?“
Joshua did not say anything. He immediately picked Fiona up and strode upstairs.
Being in his arms, Fiona subconsciously reached out and grabbed Joshua’s collar.
She wanted to wrap her arms around his neck, but this was only the second day that she knew him. It was a little inappropriate.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
