Jude gasped on the other end of the line upon Joshua’s words.
“Are you not planning to make up with Luna?“
Joshua walked to the entrance of the manor. He looked at the wet greenery outside being drenched under the rain.
His heart was filled with desolation.
“Do you think it’s possible? Back then, she was tricked by Aura and met with an accident, yet I treated Aura like a sister for six years.
“She bore through the pain and gave birth to three of my kids. She returned and gave me a fourth one, yet I killed two of her children.“
Jude was instantly rendered speechless upon Joshua’s words.
It was true.
Although Neil and the miscarriage Luna had was not Joshua’s intention to harm them, but their death still had to do with him.
He was the one that caused the destruction of both children. How could Luna forgive him?
“So…what are you planning to do?“
Jude’s voice turned low. This was the second time in his life he felt sorry for his friend.
Ever since Jude knew Joshua, Joshua had been arrogant and collected, aloof yet mature. He was like no one else. To say that Joshua was the most amazing man Jude has ever met was true.
However, such a man like Joshua… Jude felt sorry for him at that moment.
The other moment when he felt sorry for Jude was six years ago after Luna’s accident. Joshua locked himself up and drank himself to death.
“I haven’t thought about it yet.“
Joshua looked at the heavy rain in the skies. He sighed heavily.
“My only current thought is to cure Nigel’s sickness no matter what.“
He had already caused Luna to lose two children. He could not let her lose another third child.
He might not be able to mend the past, but he could try his best for the future.
Jude sighed.
Initially, he wanted to tell Joshua that he had already explained to Luna clearly about the misunderstanding back then.
However, at that moment, hearing what Joshua said, he no longer felt the need to do that.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
