Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 783
Luna raised her eyebrows and smiled mockingly. “ Apologize?“
She crossed her arms at her chest and looked at Joshua flatly. “I’d like to ask you something, Mr. Lynch: What are the rules of Lynch Group?“
She then turned around and sat on the chair, her arms still hugging her chest as she eyed Joshua’s face coldly.
“I ‘m the design department’s director. Ms. Blake, who’s in your arms, only reported to work yesterday and is the lowest intern in the design department. What right does she have to enter my office?“
Luna’s words hushed everyone in the office.
Every country or place has its rules, and that went for Lynch Group as well. That went especially for the design department, a department where there would be classified information. Some rules could not be broken easily.
As a lowly intern, Fiona intruded right into Luna’s office, who was their design director. This was enough reason to be fired.
The only thing different was that Fiona was the president’s girlfriend.
The entire company belonged to her boyfriend, so no one dared to stop her nor say anything.
No one expected that Luna would openly bring this up in front of Joshua. Everyone held their breath as they watched this scene unfold.
Joshua furrowed his brows, and his expression was rather ugly.
“Fiona just reported to the company yesterday, and she’s probably not clear on the company’s rules yet. Why are you so overbearingly demanding?“
“I’m overbearing?“
Luna smiled. “Everyone in this office should still remember what happened yesterday. My assistant, Arianna, got burnt by Ms. Blake’s coffee while bending down to look for something. She got admitted into the hospital and almost lost her job. At that time, why did you not advise your beloved Ms. Blake not to be so overbearing then?
“Your darling Ms. Blake has made a mistake clearly that is stated in the rules and regulations of the company, yet you ask me not to be so overbearing?“
Luna sneered and swept a glance at the miserably pale Fiona nestling in Joshua’s arms.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
