Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 825
Luna instantly tensed up when she heard Joshua’s voice.
She felt as if she was trapped in a sculpture. Even moving a part of her body was a luxury.
Christian, on the other end of the line, wanted to mention Fiona’s name when he heard Joshua’s feeble voice.
Fiona’s name did not come out of Christian’s mouth in the end.
He pursed his lips. An overwhelming feeling of elation washed over him!
Joshua was truly awake! It was neither too early nor too late! It was just in time!
Thus, Christian took a deep breath. “Luna, am I hearing my uncle’s voice?”
Perhaps, Joshua was trying to respond to Christian’s question. When Christian asked Luna the question, Joshua, on the bed, could not help but yell out once more, “Fiona…”
Christian was sure that Joshua had already come around!
He held his phone and could not hide the excitement in his eyes.
“My uncle is awake! Luna, go take care of him! We’ll talk later! “
Then, Christian did not wait for Luna’s reply. He immediately hung up.
Luna held onto the phone tightly. She was extremely disheartened hearing the disconnecting tone.
Not because of Christian, but also because of the man behind her.
“Fiona…water…“
Behind her, Joshua’s low and hoarse voice gently rang out.
Luna felt the irony.
She took care of Joshua for the past three days because of what Jude said to her as well as the videos he showed her.
Even when Nigel was about to undergo surgery the next day, she was still taking care of Joshua!
What happened then?
Joshua came around. The first name he called was Fiona.
He kept calling Fiona.
Luna was standing right in front of him, yet it was like he could not see her at all. He kept yelling Fiona’s voice.
Was Fiona so important to him? She was so important that Luna’s hard work for the past three days, even going against her friend’s advice to take care of him, was just a joke to him?
“Water…“
She turned around and looked at the miserably pale man on the bed. He has already opened his eyes.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
