Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 954
“You haven’t eaten, have you?“
Christian paused, then nodded. He smiled cheekily as he approached them and sat down beside Luna. “ When are you leaving?“ he asked as he ate.
Luna paused. Christian was already the third person to ask her this question today. She furrowed her eyebrows and glanced at him. “Didn’t I tell you that there are still some things I have to take care of? l’ll only leave after they’re done.“
Christian looked startled, then he smiled. “I mean, you can leave now. Bonnie and I can help you with whatever you have to do. What’s so important that you can’t entrust it to us, and insist on leaving here to do it yourself?“
Luna frowned, sweeping her eyes at him guardedly. “ You came all the way here in the morning to tell me this?“
She had already told him that she would leave after a week, after she settled everything that she needed to deal with in Banyan City.
Why would he rush over to her house early in the morning, without even combing his hair, and pressed her to leave?
Somehow, she was reminded of Fiona’s phone call that morning. Fiona did the same thing, asking her when she would leave early in the morning. She even prepared a private jet for her.
At this thought, she could not help but frown. “ Don’t tell me Fiona is threatening you with Violet’s death again and is asking you to press me to leave as soon as possible?“
Seeing as his worries had been exposed, Christian coughed lightly, raised his glass of milk, and took a sip. “No, she didn’t.“
Luna lifted her lips in a smile and did not speak any further. In her eyes, Christian’s denial was no different from admitting the truth.
“Still, Christian…“ Luna lowered her eyes and side – eyed him. “I’m staying in Banyan City because I have matters of my own to attend to, and it has nothing to do with Joshua or Fiona. I can’t leave just because Fiona hates me and wants me gone, or because you were threatened by her.“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
