Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 139

Would such a hateful and domineering person fall in love with Monique?

Did Henry kiss her passionately because he had fallen in love with her?

She had never kissed anyone and felt that passionate kisses only existed between lovers.

In the heat of the moment, Monique asked him the question that had been at the back of her mind for a few days. “Do you like me?”

She asked softly, but her voice sounded sweet and clear with a hint of hesitance—it was incredibly gentle.

Her delicate face turned red like a ripe and sweet cherry that exuded a charming fragrance. She looked shy in his eyes.

She regretted it the moment the words came out from her mouth. She should not have said that.

Henry was stunned. There was a flame flashing through his deep dark eyes and he could feel the heat on his chest. However, he felt stuffed as he pictured her holding a man’s hand by the roadside all of a sudden.

This woman was debauchery!

Henry dropped his gaze as his indifferent look fell upon her face. Those charming deep black eyes were exuding coldness.

“Have you been overthinking? Where did you derive such self-confidence from, thinking that I would fall in love with you? You’re just a debtor. Have you been dreaming of sleeping with me?” There was a bloodthirsty viciousness hanging on Henry’s exquisite and emotionless face; his words were ambiguous and rather mocking.

Sleeping with him!

“I have not.” Monique’s face turned red as she became anxious. Her eyes were bright and watery.

“If so, what did that mean? It was an outright seduction.” Henry looked at her crystal bright eyes and said in a low and hoarse voice in frustration.
