Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 322

“Okay.” Kole nodded.

Mrs. Whitman pulled his ear. “You’re a bad boy.”

Miss Christine looked at her and said, “Children mirror the adults; we should be role models for them, so you should apologize to them too.”

“Can’t I not apologize?” Mrs. Whitman gulped.

Miss Christine sternly shook her head, wearing a solemn expression. Mrs. Whitman was unwilling to apologize, but when she said that woman was from a wealthy family, she nodded reluctantly. Simon gave Miss Christine and Miss Sophia a call just in time. Miss Christine brought them upstairs. Miss Sophia followed with the cellphone.

Miss Christine gave Simon an ‘OK’ gesture when they came up. He smiled faintly and let Mrs. Whitman have a seat, while Miss Sophia passed the cellphone to him. Then, he returned it to Monique and said, “Angel said earlier it has your phone number in it. You can let Mrs. Whitman take a look.”

Mrs. Whitman smiled awkwardly. She knew that phone did not belong to them. She looked at Monique and said, “Well, that’s alright. Kole admitted that the phone belongs to you, so why don’t we just let things be.”

“You and your grandchild haven’t apologized yet.” Monique replied.

Mrs. Whitman’s heart thumped; she was reluctant to apologize and said, “These children are responsible for what happened too, missy. Kole was wrong, but so was yours. How could you let a child bring a phone to kindergarten?”

“It’s my fault for letting her bring a phone to kindergarten. I’ll apologize, and I’m sorry! However, your grandson snatched the phone, and you scolded my child regardless of what the truth was. You and your grandson must apologize.” Monique pursed her lips. She had a serious look on her face when she replied.
