Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 363

Monique’s voice was sweet and crisp like a mountain spring.

Henry’s rage subsided a little. The frost in his dark eyes seemed to fade and a hint of smugness flickered.

He was pleasantly surprised that she outrightly rejected Nick without giving him any say.

Nick was unbothered by it. He curled his lips slightly. “Well, you can find me anytime if you change your mind. I’m always available.”

Henry was on the verge of exploding. Nick was clearly provoking him on purpose. He said, “Looks like you’re not too affected by the things happening in your Entertainment Empire in East City?”

Nick smiled. “I didn’t make it too difficult for you with Country D’s order, did I?”

Henry seethed, “Get out of my sight!”

Nick gave Monique a meaningful look before turning around to leave.

Monique was slightly relieved when he finally left.

Henry turned around and peered at her. He sneered, “That’s fast. You just can’t bear to be alone without men even for a while, can you?”

When Monique did not return from the bathroom after such a long time, Henry thought that she might be lost. He rushed outside to search for her but to no avail.

When he returned to the ballroom, he found her flirting with another man.

Furthermore, there were clearly two portions of food on the table. The finished dessert on the opposite side of her seat was such an eyesore to Henry.

Monique raised her head and stared at him with glistening eyes. “I didn't, I really didn’t. Just now…”
