Henry made a call to Mandy, who was driving. With Shaun’s absence, Mandy would have to carry out all the tasks by herself. She picked up the call and answered, "Mr. Moore."
"Get a doctor. Monique has a fever," Henry said coldly, but had some concern in it.
"Yes, sir." Mandy replied.
Henry continued. "Once you've got the doctor, come back and look after Monique."
Mandy felt troubled, "I'm driving to the Starry Kindergarten to talk about buying over the kindergarten and to hear them out."
Mandy shook her head, helplessly. 'He truly cares for Monique, so why would he torture her only to end up worrying about her. Well, he deserves it.'
"Alright." Henry hung up.
It was indeed quite a stressful endeavor buying over a kindergarten within two days.
It could be done in a very short time if the seller was willing, but if he was reluctant, then it would be rather troublesome.
Mandy immediately contacted a specialist as soon as she got off the call. It was expected that Monique would have a fever after all the torturing she underwent that afternoon. Mandy wondered just how long Monique was exposed to cold water.
Henry called up the reception department and ordered Louise to come up to his office.
Louise was surprised to be summoned by Henry to his office and was wondering the reason behind it. Louise knew all about the rumors regarding Monique. Ever since the last time, when Louise attempted to call Monique, who did not pick up nor call back, Louise had never called again.
Louise had also been very busy over the past few days and was not in the mood to interfere with other people's affairs.
Louise went up to the 23rd floor, curious. Mandy had left the office and another gorgeous secretary was on duty instead.
Louise explained to the gorgeous secretary regarding the chairman summoning her to the office. The gorgeous secretary recognized Louise, a clerk from the reception department. They occasionally bumped into each other at the reception area. The gorgeous secretary then allowed Louise into the office.
