Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 71

“Young Master Moore, please let go.” Monique started rambling softly when she regained her senses.

She had lost the ability to think when he held her hand just now. Her entire mind went blank. Only when they reached the door, the cool breeze cleared her head a little. She blushed instantly and her heart started racing.

The warmth from his palm entered Monique’s heart like a jolt of electricity. She tried to free her hand from his grip shyly, but he was too strong.

Monique could not help but turn sideways to look at the man beside her. Under those black locks of hair was a face of perfection. His finely chiseled nose, distinct outlines of his profile, and the slightly curved lips on his gorgeous face made him the perfect specimen.

He took her hand while they leisurely strolled. His steps were as elegant as a panther, exuding a formidable aura.

To her, he was like a superhero who had descended to earth, shining in divine light.

However, the crowd was looking at them as if they were a museum exhibition. She could also sense the murderous glare from Cindy in the corner of her eye that made her feel uncomfortable.

She was very grateful that he stepped in to help her, but they shared an obligatory relationship--he was just her creditor. It was inappropriate to hold hands like that.

Henry looked at the embarrassed expression on her tiny face. Her fluttering lashes looked really alluring.

“If you keep wriggling, I’ll have my way with you right here.” His magnetic voice was commanding and kingly.

Monique quieted down immediately and let him drag her out of Mansion Coffee and into the car.

Cindy helped herself up in pain, while the others stared at her in disdain. No one offered to help her up.

“Cindy, you’re fired,” Sacha came over and said coldly. The chairman had just reprimanded him because of what she did.
