After the holidays, Wayne returned to work in the clubhouse.

It was only Hera, Hendric and Coralie in the house and the atmosphere was quite dull for the holidays.

"Ding Dong."

The doorbell rang.

"Is there a guest for the holidays?"

Coralie was a little confused. Their relatives would usually come on other days, who would be there during the holidays?

She had a bad feeling about it when she opened the door.

Coralie looked from the door hole and saw that it was no one else but two aunties wearing extravagant clothes standing outside.

The two aunts noticed that the door hole went dark. They could tell that there were people in the house, so they immediately shouted, "Coralie, are you home? It's me, your Aunt Abigail!"

"Yes, we're here to pay you a visit."

Her Second Aunt, Vera shouted as well.

Coralie was really speechless.

What kind of bad luck was this? How did those two old ladies know where she lived?

Coralie turned around and went back to the room to ask Hera, "Mom, did you tell them again?"

"I didn't tell them, I really didn't!" Hera immediately shook her head and said, "Alas, after the last time, I know what kind of people they are. They don't take me as their sister anyways."

Coralie agreed to Hera's thoughts. "Mom, you've finally understood that."

However, just as the two of them were talking, Hendric, who was oblivious, ran to the door...

He opened the door without even thinking.

The two old ladies were still slamming on the door, but when the door opened, they almost fell in!

The door was open, but there was no one at the door...

Abigail lowered her head and saw Hendric who was wearing a navy colored cartoon shirt, standing at the door. Then she looked at his handsome face, which was exactly the same as Skylar's. She was initially angry, but she smiled and picked Hendric up instead and said, "Hello, you must be Coralie's son, aren't you? You're really good-looking!"

Vera also followed in.

She saw that her sister, Abigail, had taken the initiative to hug Skylar's son. Her face was full of unwillingness, but she did not show it. Instead, she happily praised along, "How old is this child? He looks smart. When he grows up, he'll definitely be as outstanding as his father."

Coralie stood there, looking at their attitudes which were in stark contrast with how they were like the last time they met!

The both of them even brought some stuff over.

"Vera, bring the things in quickly. It's not convenient for me since I am carrying the child."

Abigail gave the instructions to Vera.

Vera was upset and was unwilling to obey to her instructions. She looked at Hendric, who was obviously unhappy to be held in Abigail's arms, and she said, "The child doesn't like you. Put him down. Besides, how can I take so many things on my own?"

The two had already entered the house so Coralie couldn't chase them out either. She quickly carried Hendric in her arms and said, "Auntie Abigail, Auntie Vera, it's been a long time."

The two of them were dressed in leopard print coats.

Of course, they were not the same ones as a few years ago; they were obviously new.

Both Abigail and Vera brought in the things they had just bought.

Coralie looked down and was shocked, "What the hell are all these?"

There were caviar, truffles and a few other health products.

"Auntie Abigail and Auntie Vera, what are these..."

The corner of Coralie's mouth twitched. What was actually going on?

"Well, it's the holidays so these are just a little token of appreciation."

"That's right. We've haven't seen you for several years. We missed you."

To have another meal with them?

Coralie didn't want to!

Thinking of the meal they had before, which made her feel like minutes passed like days, she decided that she would never want to repeat that again.

"I don't think it's necessary. We're not going to be free from tomorrow onwards. I'm sorry."

Coralie quickly found an excuse to refuse them.

"Mom, where are we going?"

Hendric was a child, and he didn't know how to lie, so he raised his head and asked Coralie.

Coralie quickly said, "We're going to visit Dad. Have you forgotten that we said we were going to visit Dad after the holidays?"

"Wow! Really?! That's great!" Hendric thought it was true and danced in joy. "We're leaving tomorrow? Then I'll hurry and pack up!"

But when the aunts saw Hendric acting like that, they could tell that Coralie came up with an excuse because she didn't want to have dinner with them.

"Aunties, I appreciate your efforts, but we will have to pack up tonight, I'm sorry."

"Oh, packing up is not a big deal. You just have to buy whatever you need later on." As Abigail said, she turned around to look at Vera and asked, "Am I right?"

Vera didn't have her own opinion, and she would just follow along with whatever Abigail said.
