You More Than Anything In The World novel Chapter 1207

Benjamin noticed her greedy expression and smiled. He blew on the hot soup before feeding her.

“You must be hungry.”

Arissa glanced at him and took a sip. “Yes, it's delicious!”

“This is all for you!”

Benjamin stared at her as he fed her patiently. It wasn't until Arissa had finished two bowls of mushroom soup that he started eating.

Arissa gaped at him. “Aren't you going to have some soup? I can't finish all of this.”

Benjamin looked at the thermal food container and replied gently, “Edwin made this for you. If you can't finish it now, you can still have it later. You don't have to worry about the soup getting cold with the thermal container.”

Arissa pursed her lips. “You should also drink some for nourishment.”

“Oh?” Benjamin arched a brow. Do I look like I need to nourish my body?

Arissa grinned sheepishly and said, “You should still try some. Aren't you tired of eating these breakfast items?”

“I don't have the habit of eating breakfast.” Benjamin swept a gaze over her. If it weren't to accompany her, he wouldn't bother eating breakfast.

Arissa chuckled, teasing him, “It's no wonder you have a weak stomach! It must be because you don't eat breakfast!”

Benjamin remained silent upon hearing this.

Arissa took a look at him and snorted lightly. “You must remember to take your meals on time!”

“Okay,” Benjamin replied, picking up some finger food to stuff into Arissa's mouth to stop her nagging.

After breakfast, Benjamin called Shaun to do a routine checkup on Arissa.

“You have recovered well today, Mrs. Graham. Remember to stay positive and happy. Rest well!” Shaun instructed Arissa. Then, he followed Benjamin out.

“Does my wife still have other checkups today?”

Benjamin stared at Shaun intently, worried about Arissa's situation.

“There's no need. Mrs. Graham's condition is quite stable. I'll check up on her tomorrow!”

Shaun noticed Benjamin's tense expression and teased, “Benjamin, are you doubting my medical expertise?”

Benjamin shot him a glare. “Show me your exceptional skills and help my wife recover quickly, then!”

Shaun's mouth twitched. Even if his medical skills were exceptional, Arissa's recovery still depended heavily on her physical condition.

“Don't worry. Mrs. Graham isn't as anxious as you are about her condition. Remember to let her eat the medicine I prescribed!”

“Okay.” Benjamin gave a nod.

“I'll go and prepare the drip before coming back to give it to her!” Shaun pointed at his office.

“You should check up on Dad and Grandaunt too!” Benjamin reminded him.

“I know. After giving Mrs. Graham her IV drip, I'll check up on them!”

Shaun bade farewell to Benjamin and left.

Benjamin gave Ethen a call and asked him to send work documents to the hospital. Then, he entered Arissa's ward.

“What did you guys talk about? Is there something wrong with my checkup?” Arissa stared at Benjamin, worried they were keeping something from her.

Benjamin sat by the bed and patted her head gently. “There's no problem. We went out to chat because we were afraid of disturbing you. Don't overthink!”

Arissa knew he wasn't lying and smiled. “I wasn't even sleeping. How would you guys have disturbed me?”

Benjamin grabbed her medicine and passed it to her. “It's time for you to eat your medicine.”

Arissa took the pills and popped them into her mouth. Then, Benjamin passed her a glass of water so she could swallow them.

As the pills were not bitter, she was very cooperative.

“Are the children coming today?”

She looked at Benjamin, as she wasn't sure if the children had come over when she was asleep.

“I called Ethen just now. They woke up later today, so they couldn't come here. They went straight to school.”

“Oh.” Arissa was slightly disappointed as she missed her children.

Benjamin stared at her, amused.

“The kids are very obedient. You, on the other hand, seem as though you can't live without them.”

Arissa glanced at him and rebutted, “I'm not like you. I was always with them!”
