Chapter 51
Chapter 51
Brian’s car stopped at the entrance of the hotel.
As Emily opened the car door, he glanced at the hotel, and His face darkened. “This is it, Mr. Lodge.” Such places were designed as entertainment hubs for wealthy heirs like Vance. It featured numerous themed rooms and ensured a high level of privacy, so it was a popular spot among the riches for their meetups.
Vance ran out of the hotel stark naked. There was a terrific expression on his face as if he’d encountered a monstrous beast.
When he spotted Brian, he ran over and clung to the latter leg. He cried out, “Mr. Lodge, please save me!”
Two bodyguards armed with electric batons stormed out of the hotel, and both of them wore Kingsman Co. logos on their uniforms. It was clear William had sent them to teach Vance a lesson.
“Mr. Lodge, they… Ah!” Halfway through his words, Brian had kicked him aside.
Stunned, he stammered, “Mr. L… Mr. Lodge?”
“Where’s Ariana?” Brian’s voice was icy.
Vance assumed the former was upset about his incompetence and quickly explained, “I was about to succeed, Mr. Lodge, but William suddenly barged in. He’s obviously trying to go against you.”
William emerged from the hotel holding Ariana in his arms. Seeing Ariana in a disheveled state and wrapped in William’s jacket, Brian’s expression grew colder.
“That’s him!” Vance pointed at William, who was carrying Ariana.
“Oh? Are you here to back him up?” William sneered with obvious mockery. There was a tinge of disdain in his
smile.
“As the CEO of Lodge Co., I would’ve never expected you to stoop so low. Today’s been truly eye–opening.”
“Why waste words on someone like him? I’ll demand justice from the Lodges for what happened today. Let’s go, Mr. Kingsman,” Ariana chimed in coldly.
As William carried Ariana away, Brian clenched his fists.
“Let’s go?”
Since when had Ariana and William been considered to be ane unit?
“Mr. Lodge, you gave your tacit approval when I tried to win Ariana over. You have to help me…”
“Help you?” Brian’s eyes narrowed dangerously. “How dare you lay a hand on Ariana?”
Vance froze.
Countless women had tried to climb onto Brian’s bed, but he’d never cared. What made Ariana different?
Brian turned to Emily and coldly said, “William wants to stand up for Ariana, right? Send him over to Ms. Torrey to vent all she wants.”
“Got it, Mr. Lodge.”
