Chapter 255
“Cynthia, hurry and find Vincent to help, Queena said and kept pushing Cynthia away to keep her safe. She knew Cynthia had some self–defense skills and could escape easily.
“You think you can kick me and just leave? Dream on!” Austin said angrily as he got up
the ground.
The others in the room, who were taken aback by the incident, stopped to watch. Someone teased, “You got beat by a girl. That’s pathetic!”
Another person laughed. “Maybe you should go back and train more.”
The others laughed mockingly, and Austin felt embarrassed and mad. He rolled up his sleeves and walked toward Cynthia. “You bitch, you’re in
trouble now.”
Cynthia calmed Queena, then stood up, her gaze cold as she looked at the reckless Austin. “You’re asking for it.” She grabbed the hand Austin had reached out with and twisted his wrist, making it snap loudly. His wrist dislocated and hung limply, “Ouch!” Austin doubled over in pain, wanting to hold his wrist with the other hand, but not daring to touch it. The pain was so intense that he nearly passed out. Before he could recover, Cynthia kneed him hard, sending him sprawling. Her gaze was fierce as she stepped toward him, clearly not intending to let him off easily.
The others in the room realized Cynthia wasn’t just a regular girl. They surrounded Cynthia, standing in front of Austin. Some held knives with smirks on their faces. “Looks like you’ve got some moves, but I doubt you can take us all on.”
Someone joked, “Guys, she’s tough but looks even better r than those two earlier. Let’s take her down and have some fun.”
Another person said, “Don’t worry, with all of us here, she won’t stand a chance”
They leered at Cynthia up and down with lecherous grins. Their creepy stares disgusted Cynthia. Cynthia frowned disdainfully at them. Compared to the forces at the border, these guys were nothing. Except for two individuals who seemed fit and capable, the rest either looked clueless or overweight, posing no threat at all. Cynthia scoffed. “Ignorant fools, she muttered disdainfully, With that, she kicked the closest person, causing him to lose balance and fall backward. He crashed into Austin, whose dislocated wrist elicited another scream of agony. Witnessing Cynthia’s display of strength, the others closed in eagerly. The room erupted into chaos, with the occasional shatter of breaking glass. Despite their lack of skill, their numbers made it tough for Cynthia. She grabbed a beer bottle from the ground, smashed it on Austin’s head, and used the broken glass. as a weapon.
Queena had never witnessed such a scene before. The worst she had seen in the past was just jealousy and competition among a few wealthy young ladies. At this moment, her heart raced with fear. Ignoring the pain all over her body, she slipped away and ran for the door when the others weren’t paying attention to her. She had to find Vincent quickly and tell him what happening. Otherwise, she feared for Cynthia’s safety. Queena, had blood on her head, feeling dizzy as she ran. Luckily, she bumped into Vincent and others, who were anxiously searching at a corner. “Queena, what happened? How did you get like this?” Vincent asked, clearly worried.
Queena didn’t have time to explain; she grabbed Vincent’s hand and led him. Vincent, go quickly and save Cynthia.”
Seeing Queena bleeding from her head, Liam started to worry. Once Queena gave them the location, he bolted toward the room like a wind. Cameron and Jonathan followed to help out. Vincent noticed the blood on Queena’s head and wanted to take her to the hospital first, but
gust of Queena stopped him, “Vincent, you should go too. There’s strength in numbers. There are too many of them, and Cynthia got in trouble because of me. I want to make sure she’s safe. This scratch won’t slow me down
Vincent had no choice. He left Queena with a nearby server and said, “Get security over here immediately.” Inside the private room, despite facing a horde of attackers, Cynthia remained unscathed. Moreover, driven by the need to defend Queena, she fought back fiercely. Seeing Cynthia’s determination, the others gave up their plans and pulled out the knives they carried together. Cynthia narrowed her eyes and tightened her grip on the broken beer bottle. Though lacking in fighting skills, they kept coming like persistent foes, gradually wearing down Cynthia’s energy and patience.
“Get her!” Under the command of one of them, they all closed in. They were armed with knives, and Cynthia’s beer bottle was of litle use. It forced her to focus on dodging. But after enduring the fight for so long, Austin sneaked up on her unnoticed, aiming a knife at her back.

Of all the terrible translations this is by far the worst. Garbled rubbish with different languages in between. I wouldn't recommend this novel!...
