Chapter 745 Yale simply pulled into a smile. Was she hard to handle?
Yale thought that it was not too bad.
He even found Sage adorable.
“That‘s about it.”
Sage looked at the x–ray films and said, “Good. He‘s recovering better than I expected.”
She then asked, “What did your master say?”
Quest replied, “Master said the same thing as you. Recovering doesn‘t take only one or two days. It‘s a marathon and we have to do it slowly. The patient also has to have a strong and positive mentality to go through this and he would need someone to take care of him.” Sage looked conflicted. “I can‘t free up a lot of time and I won‘t be able to keep him company during the physio sessions. Do you have anyone else in mind?” Quest replied, “I have several people in mind. Melody also wants to go to town. She‘s been complaining that there‘s nothing else to do at Mostal.” Sage raised her brows. “Isn‘t Yoel here at Mostal? Why is there nothing else to do?” “Because he left. And that is why Melody wants to leave Mostal.” “Let her come then.” Sage added, “She‘d only cause trouble in Mostal staying there. Let her help out instead. I don‘t know anything else but Melody can be a good caretaker.” Quest smiled. “Sure, I’ll have her and the rest come over then.”
“Aright.”
Sage left the office and just when she was about to get Luther, she caught a glimpse of a familiar silhouette in the hallway. “Jim?”
Jim, in his basketball attire, hopped on one leg with two of his teammates supporting him, and his forehead was covered in sweat. At the sight of Sage, he froze.
It was a long time since both of them saw each other.
Jim pulled into a smile. “Sage.” “What happened to your leg?” Sage walked over to him, and crouched down, wanting to check his leg.
Jim pulled back his leg and said, “It‘s nothing big. I must have sprained it during training.”
