A Surprising Twist of Fates (Sierra and Theo) novel Chapter 275

Lately, Sierra had gotten used to Theo driving her around, so she didn't think much of it. She simply took a sip of her milk and nodded in agreement.

Just before Sierra left the house, Madison sent a message saying she was in a bad mood and didn't want to stay home. Instead, she told Sierra to meet her at the shopping district, declaring that she was going to shop all day.

When Theo pulled up at the location, he reached out to stop Sierra from opening the car door.

"What's wrong?" she asked in confusion.

He pulled out a bank card and handed it to her. "Use this for whatever you buy."

She waved her hand, about to refuse. However, before she could say a word, he cut her off. "We're married."

There was no need to keep things so separate.

After hesitating for a moment, she took the card. She stepped out of the car and waved as he drove away, then glanced down at the card in her hand, her face clouded with uncertainty.

She wasn't sure whether it was merely her imagination, but ever since they obtained their marriage certificate, he had been treating her so much better—even better than Benson when they were together.

Ever since she moved into Southridge Heights, their physical intimacy had increased. She would wake up every morning in his arms.

She had always been a calm sleeper, yet ever since sharing a bed with him, she somehow ended up burrowing into his embrace every night. How strange!

"What are you zoning out for?"

Suddenly, a hand patted her on the back.

Sierra turned around to see Madison, dressed stylishly, raising a brow at her. "Weren't you heartbroken? You don't look too upset to me."

Madison flicked her hair to show off her confidence. "That scumbag cheated, so why should I punish myself? I'm better off without him!"

With that, she winked at a passing young man, making him blush furiously.
