Chapter 98 Instigation
Sierra turned to leave after she finished speaking
“If you want to break up, apologize to Sophie by groveling. Then, I’ll agree to it.” Benson’s grim voice came from behind her, making her tremble involuntarily.
The buzzing in her ears grew louder. She turned to look at him with disbelief. “What did you say?”
Since you hit Sophie before, I want you to apologize to her. If you want to breakup, I’ll grant your wish,” he repeated, his voice as cold as ice.
Her eyes slightly reddened. She felt as if she had been thrown into a boundless, icy sea, and her blood froze over she clenched her fists and said in a low voice,” Benson, you fucking bastard. ”
He was deliberately humillating her in front of so many people.
She never imagined he could be so cruel, throwing away their years of relationship like it meant nothing.
Benson saw her eyes tuming red. His heart tightened slightly, regretting his words earlier
Sophie stood up with a soft smile. She walked toward Sierra, saying, “Sierra, Benson is just angry. As long as you apologize to him and say you don’t want to break up, he will forgive you.

“I don’t mind. As long as the two of you can make up and forget all of the unhappiness, I’ll sincerely wish you both well.”
Sierra looked up at her, seeing the sarcasm and cunningness in Sophie’s eyes. She immediately understood that Sophie had pushed Benson to call her here today. Sophie was deliberately humiliating her and showing off.
“Benson, are you forcing me?” she looked past Sophie, her cold gaze landing on him as she spoke chillingly.
Benson’s expression darkened.
Forcing?
He was just giving her a way out, asking her to say she didn’t want to break up. Was that really forcing her?
Did she want to break up that badly, or was shr eager to throw herself into another man’s arms?
He clenched his fists and spoke in a low voice, “If you don’t apologize, then never bring up the subject of breaking up.”
This was the last chance he gave her.
Sierra’s eyes dimmed little by little after hearing his words, like a rose under the setting sun, quietly willing, leaving only the silent beauty of the fading color. The last bit of hope she had for him vanished completely.
“Sierra, just indulge Benson. Don’t make him angry anymore. We all know you don’t want to break up with him.”
