A Trust-fund Baby novel Chapter 51

Early next morning, Diana got herself dressed up and went downstairs for work. As soon as she left the staircase, she found Judson smiling at her. Diana bit her lips, pretending not to have seen him and went to the entrance to the community.

Judson gave a smile and chased after her, “Where are you going?”

Diana replied coldly, “For work. Don’t follow me…”

“You don’t need to go there. Clarence Morris has helped you resign...” Judson added without hurry and haste.

Diana who was walking ahead froze and stopped.

“Come back to me, darling. I’ve seen Clarence. You broke up with him last night. Don’t pretend to have a boyfriend…” Judson smiled behind her.

“Er…” Diana’s body shook greatly. It never happened to her that these two men met each other behind her! For a moment she didn’t know what to say or do.

While she was considering and her mind was going blank, her hands were tightly seized by Judson. Judson’s complicated, painful and hoarse voice appeared in her ears, “I’ve resigned as well. Today we go back to N City. We remarry and live a happy life. I will take good care of you as before, doing washing and cooking for you, loving you and protecting you…”

Hearing his promise, tears suddenly dropped from Diana’s eyes. She turned around and threw the purse onto Judson, “No, I won’t. I will not go back. I am doing great here. Why should I be your wife? I won’t remarry you. It’s none of my business whether you resign or not. None of my business…”

Judson let Diana throw the purse on him. However, gradually he tightly held her in his arms. Diana struggled hard to get rid of him, but different from last night, she didn’t move after struggling for a while. She let Judson hold her…

Her eyes were blurred with tears and tears continuously dropped, “Judson Ray, I hate you very much…”

“Judson, you had said that you would come to me wherever you were if I cried, hadn’t you?”

“Judson, do you know how many times I’ve cried?”

“Do you know how long I spent looking for you in Y City?”

“Do you… you… know how I missed you after you left?”

Judson took a deep breath and his tears dropped without stop. He held Diana tightly in his arms and said in Diana’s ears with tears, “Diana, I’m sorry…sorry…”

Diana opened her mouth, but she failed to say anything when seeing Judson who held her tightly.

Did she love Judson? The answer was absolutely yes. This life, she could fall in love with no other men except him. A month ago she tried to date with Clarence, but she couldn’t make it. She even couldn’t hold his hands!
