His imposing aura almost made Monica collide with the elevator wall. 

“What are you doing! Don’t get so close! I’ll sue you for harassment! You’re filthy! Let’s go, Carol. We won’t stoop to their level!” 

James stared at her for a moment, then sneered without a word, his disdain and contempt evident, 

The elevator chiming, he entered first. 

Monica, intimidated by his fierceness, hesitated to follow. 

James glanced at Chloe, “Aren’t you coming?”

Monica was furious, but the doors closed, leaving her to fume helplessly, vowing to teach Chilor a lesson. 

On the elevator, Chloe was in high spirits.

“If photos of us together end up online, do you think your husband would divorce you?”
