“Who are you? Stay out of the design plans. Wiring always runs along the walls, no one ever puts it overhead,” someone said.
Chloe shrugged, not bothering to explain, and continued, “Also, your escape route design is flawed.”
Several people missed the issue with the escape route.
Chloe’s comment definitely questioned their expertise.
“That escape route was designed by Michael’s girlfriend, Lucy. No way it has issues!” one of the designers exclaimed, instantly catching Chloe’s attention.
“They’re saying Lucy is Michael’s girlfriend?” she thought.
The crowd’s chatter grew louder.
“You’re not with our company, so stay out of it.”
“Yeah, who the heck are you? Not just anyone can walk into our company!”
“Lucy, Michael just told me we can show him the blueprint when we all grab lunch together and sort this out.”
Lucy watched in silence as the crowd ganged up on Chloe.

She couldn’t quite place him, but there was something undeniably familiar about him.
The familiarity made her uneasy.

Designing the safety passage took her a lot of effort, so when this woman just barged in and called it unreasonable, she was naturally pissed.
Chloe chuckled softly, knowing Lucy had a knack for getting her minions to do her bidding.
Lucy always acted like she didn’t care, getting others to do what she wanted.
But right now, Chloe wasn’t about to put up with this.
Chloe strode up to the table, pointed at a spot on the blueprint, and asked coolly, “What’s the width here?”
“What’s the minimum size for the safety passage? After putting it here, how much width is left on both sides? Did you even think about the ease of access in and out? Have you considered any of this?” she snapped.
A flurry of questions left everyone stunned.
That passageway’s design… totally impractical.
It’s taking up too much space, causing a lot of waste.
They never saw these problems coming.

No wonder their partners have been unhappy with the blueprint.
Those who just accused Chloe of lying now stood awkwardly silent, unable to say a word.
Lucy was instantly annoyed. How could she spot such tiny details so effortlessly?

“Ma’am, sorry about earlier. They didn’t mean to offend you- they just don’t know who you are yet,” she said.
Chloe grinned and pulled off her hat, sunglasses, and mask.
