She glanced over, snapped a quick photo, and then shut the file, acting like nothing had happened.
She finished everything and stood up just as Michael ended his call.
He frowned and said, “I’ve thought about what you just mentioned. If you’re planning to go public…”
Before she could finish her sentence, Chloe blinked.
“Sorry, I changed my mind. I don’t want to go public. We need to get a divorce. It’s fine if they want to keep thinking Lucy is your girlfriend.”
Her tone was much colder than when he had just left.
“If you’re not ready to sign the agreement now, I’ll check back with you later. I won’t disturb your work anymore. Goodbye, Mr. Shawn!”
She left as quickly as she came, not giving Michael a chance to
react.
Michael dropped back into his seat, a slight frown creasing his

Chloe jumped into the car and called Candy. “Start setting up the firewall again. I’m on my way back now.”

Michael got a call, urgently informing him that Jioleek’s forces, for some unknown reason, were suddenly on a rampage and his defenses were on the brink of collapse.
Michael furrowed his brow. “What happened? Everything was fine just a moment ago.”
“Looks like our data got leaked, it’s just…” the person on the other end said.
Michael froze.
“Data breach?” he wondered.
It must have been Chloe who just came into his office!
Meanwhile, Chloe stepped outside and made a quick call to have the meds delivered to the hospital.
No one but Michael has the contact number for the miracle drug supplier.
The folks over there didn’t suspect a thing.
She quickly got back to the program, fixed it, and finally felt a

With expert precision, Chloe navigated the computer, effortlessly bypassing the firewall. She left a single message behind: “Morons,” before logging out.
The payment went through.quickly; she got the transfer notification the same day.
Seeing the extra cash in their account, Chloe and Candy hugged each other tightly with joy.
“Chloe, you’re amazing!” Candy exclaimed.

She paid off the house in full, and that was the end of it.
“Once you buy your own place, you won’t have to worry about. that jerk kicking you out after a divorce,” Candy said.
Chloe knew that Admas was in good shape lately.

Candy was over the moon and insisted on dragging Chloe along for a celebration.
Chloe was in a good mood. As they chatted, she even put on her brand–new dress.
The black lace trim on her dress made her look both innocent. and alluring–something she had never tried before.
Since she decided to get a divorce, she was definitely going to splurge!
The two stepped out, feeling great. But as soon as the door swung open, Chloe saw someone standing right there!
It’s Michael!
He looked seriously annoyed. Who knows how long he’d been standing there, eavesdropping on their conversation!
His eyes were cold, glinting with a chilling frost.
“So it was really you who snagged that USB from Shawn Heavy Industries. Chloe, you’re amazing,” he said.
