Chapter 24

Where was she?

Maybe a little busy.

I dismissed the thought and climbed down the airplane. I hugged Marinda, kissed the baby's cheeks and was now going to meet Mrs. Grace.

"Hi darling how are you?" she said engulfing me in her motherly hug.

I hugged her back and smiled.

" By the way, do you know where my mom is?" I asked her.

"Oh that's an interesting story now, I'll tell you on the way inside the house."

So we started walking to the pack house as Mrs Grace told me the story.

"So while you were gone, your mom came here because she wanted to learn how to train, in order to protect herself. So she started taking training lessons here."

Okay.

"And then there was this senior warrior who also came to workout at the same time. By luck, your mother was his second chance mate and now he has taken her to Miami to propose her."

Wait what?

"Don't worry dear she will be present on the ceremony today." she smiled.

"What ceremony?" I asked her.

"Oh don't you know dear?, it's the ceremony to name Marinda's child and officially make him a pack member."

Now about my mom. First of all I couldn't believe that my mom had gone to Miami with a guy, because apparently she had gotten a guy phobia since my dad left her. But on the other hand I was extremely happy that she was going to start a fresh life.

After dad left us, we only had each other and now when I had moved out, she was extremely alone, so I was happy that she had someone who would protect her.

"Was mom okay with the whole mate thing?" I ask Mrs Grace.

"First she was a little bit upset, but then Raymond knows how to convince her."

"Raymond?" I asked.

"He is a warrior." she replied.

Oh.

We soon went into the pack house and the homie smell of pasta hit me.

Oh how I missed this!

Mrs Grace told us to freshen up a little bit and then meet her for lunch. So I went inside my room, taking a hot bath which soothed my muscles.

For the outfit I decided to keep it simple with black shirt and check bell bottoms, contrasted with my favorite black flats.

I tied my hair into a pony and was ready.

Dorian was taking a bath, so I decided to go down for lunch but then suddenly the door of the bathroom opened, revealing the heavenly figure only in his towel which was hanging low on his hips.

Oh my God! Was he a Greek God or something?

Not wanting him to be a distraction, I turned towards the door to leave but then suddenly strong arms wrapped around my waist.

I turned around to face my Greek God, his hands moved to my cheeks, gently caressing them as water droplets from his wet hair fell on my face.

"You are driving me crazy mio amour." he whispered in that husky voice of him.

And then his lips moulded on to mine, with one hand on my butt and one on my waist.

His mouth took possession in my mouth, kissing me fully, while I ran my hands through his wet hair, moaning.

After he was fully satisfied, we both broke up panting.

"How was it?" he whispered, clearly proud of himself.
