"Rest assured. I might not be able to cure Mr. Shaffer, but I'm fully capable of keeping him alive for some time," Brooke assured.

"Great. I'll leave things to the both of you then." Dustin gave them simple instructions and wasted no more time on words before entering the makeshift alchemy room.

He had all the herbs he needed. The furnace, coal, and all other required materials were already prepared.

However, Dustin didn't rush into things. Instead, he calmed himself down and meditated for a while. It wasn't until he was fully relaxed and at ease before he began to produce the pill.
