"This feels great!" Lana downed half a can of beer in one go. She smiled happily as her eyes crinkled in joy. The pleasure of having chilled beer on a hot summer's evening was beyond description.

"Hey, Handsome, what do you think of me?" Lana drank and asked with a smile.

"A kind beauty." Dustin gave her a simple answer.

They had worked together seamlessly since they got to know each other. Lana might appear to be fickle-minded, but she had never disappointed them.

The most important point was that she had always treated him sincerely like a friend. Based on that alone, he thought their friendship was important.

"Haha! Your comment is pretty accurate. I thought you might think of me as a promiscuous woman." Lana smiled coyly.

"Rumors aren't always true. I rather trust what I see." Dustin smiled.

"You know me best, Handsome. Here, let's drink!" Lana picked up her can of beer, chinked with Dustin's can, and sighed. "About those rumors, it's mixed with the truth.
