An Understated Dominance (Maria Vittori) novel Chapter 1618

“You really wouldn’t budge even in the face of death,” Dustin said sarcastically, “Do you think I’m afraid of Anders Mosey? If I was, why would I kill Scott Mosey?”

Eleanor was dumbfounded and stood rooted to the spot upon hearing that. She had almost forgotten about it. Dustin had the guts to kill even Scott Mosey. Why would he hesitate to kill them? This guy was just really crazy.

“That’s enough. I don’t want to waste my time on any of you. You’ll eventually spill when you go to prison,” Dustin said calmly.

“Take them away.” Adam gestured toward his female assistants. When they received his order, they dragged Eleanor and Elena away and were ready to leave in the car.

“No! I don’t want to go to prison!

Dustin, please let me go! I know that I’m wrong now! I will serve you, is that alright? I will always obey you and do whatever you ask me to. Please!” Elena was really afraid. She was howling and begging with tears streaming down her face.

Now, the Forrest family was in deep waters, and they couldn’t save her. If she went to prison, she’d be tortured alive.

When she saw that Dustin remained unmoved, Elena turned toward Eleanor and yelled, “Eleanor Welch! What are you doing? Apologize quickly! I don’t want to die with you!”

Eleanor finally came to her senses after Elena shouted at her. They were already at the losing end, and they had lost everything.

She could never defeat Dustin, who had the support of the Spanner family. Even though she was very unhappy, she had no choice but to surrender.
