An Understated Dominance (Maria Vittori) novel Chapter 1620

“Of course!” Dustin looked determined. “I already have some clues to help me uncover the truth about the incident. I can’t leave no matter what.”

“Right! Since you’ve already made up your mind, I’ll give you my unconditional support. Just let me know if you need any help!” Adam said as he patted his chest.

“Of course. I’ll definitely need your help.” Dustin smiled lightly and added, “I’ll rely heavily on you for any tedious and difficult task.”

“What are you talking about? Am I only worthy of tedious and difficult tasks?”

Adam sounded disappointed.

“You’re the most capable man I know. You’re the God of Military! Is there anything you can’t do?” Dustin showered Adam with some flattery.

“That’s true.” Adam was beginning to sound a little pompous as he added, ” You might be a prince, but I’m still better than you in some other things.”

“You’re absolutely right.” Dustin nodded quickly and said casually, ” We’ll continue with this topic another time. For now, can you please deal with the dead bodies? I have to go now.”

With that, he patted Adam’s shoulder and turned to leave.

“Did you see that? The honorable prince of the Rhys family just asked me for a favor. Am I not the best?” Adam raised his head slightly and turned to look at his female assistants with a smug and proud expression.

“Yes… Yes, you are.” Both of the female assistants looked at each other and forced a smile.

They couldn’t help but think to themselves, was Mr. Spanner alright? Was he under the influence of some intoxicating substance?

At this moment, a veiled woman dressed in white was sitting quietly on the couch in the living room. She didn’t speak, nor did she move. It was as if she was a statue. The glass of water and the plate of snacks on the table remained untouched.

“Who are you? How can I help you?” Dustin asked frankly, sitting across from the woman in white.

“My name is Grace Linsor. I came from the palace with a letter for you, Mr. Rhys.” A sweet and clear voice rang out slowly from behind the veil. There was a faint but clear trace of flowery fragrance in the air. N

“Grace Linsor?” Dustin cocked an eyebrow and finally understood what was happening.

The woman before him ranked first in the Beauty Ranking. She was the most beautiful woman in Dragonmarsh!
