Chapter 315 Exchange Of Glances
David suddenly leaned over with a cold aura.
The distance between the two of them suddenly shortened. Their eyes met and their breaths intertwined.
Rachel’s eyelashes trembled slightly. She subconsciously held her breath and tightened her grip on the plastic water bottle in her hand.
However, he did not do anything. He simply pulled the seatbelt beside him and fastened it across Rachel’s body.
When he got up, he reached out his thumb to wipe the water droplet from the corner of Rachel’s mouth.
“I hope that you can be like a good–for–nothing and rely on me for everything so that I can satisfy my vanity,” David said.
The confidants around him in the past, such as Jimmy, were all soft and weak. They would call him multiple times throughout the day.
Now that he was finally in love with someone, he didn’t feel needed by her at
all.
Rachel could not help but laugh. “You men are really hard to please. When women are clingy, you blame them for not giving you your own space. When women aren’t clingy, you blame them for being too independent and being unable to satisfy your vanity.”
David pondered for a moment. “A master once said that I lack a sense of security. Compared to those free–range men, I need to be kept in captivity.”
Rachel raised his eyebrows and smiled mischievously. “I wonder which
master said that.”
“It was me,” said David.
After returning to the apartment, David stood at the door and held onto Rachel’s hand tightly, reluctant to let her go. “Are you free this week to have a meal with my grandma?” he asked.
“How about tomorrow?” Rachel asked.
She looked up and met David’s surprised gaze. She asked again, “What’s wrong?”
“Nothing. I thought you’d put it off for a few more days.”
“I haven’t visited her in a while.”
“Okay then… Goodnight,” David said.
Rachel nodded. “Good… Mmm…”
Before she could finish, David grabbed her waist with one hand and pinched the back of her neck with the other. He leaned over and sealed her lips with a kiss.
Rachel’s eyelashes fluttered as she wrapped her arms around the man’s
neck. She recalled the scene of David kissing her in the past and imitated it clumsily.
Not long after, she sensed that David’s breathing had become chaotic. She looked at the dazed look in the man’s eyes, only to see that he seemed to have lost his soul. A triumphant smile graced her face,
She pushed David away and hid behind the door, closing it behind herself.
The atmosphere was tense for a long time until David chuckled softly. He reached out his fingertips to wipe the corner of his lips as if he was
reminiscing about the taste of the beauty in his arms. “This little girl has gone astray.”
Rachel walked in and saw the gift bag at the entrance. She suddenly thought. of something and hurriedly opened the door to chase after him.
However, she realized that David was no longer at the door, and there was no sign of anyone taking the elevator.

Please update the chapters and complete the novel...
Its ridiculouse to think it is normal to love bomb someone for couple of days and then they are in love. They dont know each other at all. So annoying to read. And whats more, to kiss by force is romantic?? How the hell is that romantic?? Cant understand its logic....
