Betrayal At The Altar By Dolores Delia Chapter 358
The crowd burst into low laughter. Even the gloomy Eleanor was slightly relaxed after hearing Rachel’s words.
Eleanor said inside, “I thought that girl was determined to be a pushover and let others do anything to her!”
Olivia’s expression changed when she heard Rachel’s words.
Olivia shouted inside, “Rachel is eloquent. I really want to tear her mouth apart!”
Just as Olivia was about to say something, Jane, who was beside Olivia, lost control and shouted fiercely, “What do you mean? Are you saying I’m an entertainer?”
Olivia worried that Jane would cause trouble and implicate her. Thus, Olivia quickly held Jane’s hand and signaled Jane not to speak.
“Sorry for our inconsideration,” Olivia explained gently. “We are impressed by Mr. Zane and Mrs. Zane’s love for each other. We wanted everything to be perfect for these loving birds and did something wrong. Mr. Zane and Mrs. Zane, I beg your pardon.”
Olivia was humble and gentle, so Mr. Zane and Mrs. Zane could not say anything.
“It’s just that…” Olivia tactfully drew people’s attention to Rachel again. Olivia continued to speak, “Today is a special day for Mr. Zane and Mrs. Zane. I hope Miss Grey can play a song to improve everyone’s mood.”
Rachel could not turn the invitation down again since Olivia insisted.
Rachel took a deep breath and handed the wine glass to David, replying to Olivia, “Well, I’ll accept this invitation since Miss Cruise insists.”
Rachel slowly stood up and walked toward the piano on the stage. Rachel said, “It’s just that I haven’t practiced for so many years. I’m unfamiliar with playing the piano now, so please forgive me if the music isn’t that good.”
“Ohh, Miss Grey, you are just being humble,” said Olivia.
It was obvious that Olivia did not give Rachel excuses to fail.
Rachel curled her lips, and a meaningful glint flashed across her beautiful eyes.
Rachel expected Olivia not to stop the game easily. Rachel thought, “I hope this is what you want, Olivia.”
“This song is dedicated to Mr. Zane and Mrs. Zane. I wish you a happy life.” After Rachel finished her speech, she sat on the piano stool.
Rachel’s fair fingers landed on the black and white keys like lively fairies.
The pleasing piano music slowly flowed and rippled in the banquet hall. The guests present could not help revealing satisfied expressions.
It was enough to prove that Rachel was more skillful in piano and had better empathy than Olivia and Jane.
Hearing it for a while, Olivia clenched her hands into fists.
Rachel was playing the same tune that Olive and Jane had played!
Olivia shouted inside, “Does Rachel really have a photographic memory?”
Olivia’s eyes were full of anger, and she glared at Rachel.

Its ridiculouse to think it is normal to love bomb someone for couple of days and then they are in love. They dont know each other at all. So annoying to read. And whats more, to kiss by force is romantic?? How the hell is that romantic?? Cant understand its logic....
