Betrayal At The Altar
Chapter 559
Hearing this voice, the surrounding people instantly came back to their senses.
The entire venue resounded with the angry voices of the crowd.
“Da mn it! We’ve supported you wholeheartedly all these years, but you played us like fools!” one reporter
said.
“You keep saying that you’re innocent, but in the end, it’s the pot calling the kettle black, the other added.
“She insisted that Lynn Wright distort the truth. I didn’t expect she to be the villain who distorts the truth!”
“No wonder Haley Bean would rather pay double the penalty fee to resign. Clearly, she has seen through. her vicious nature!”
“As expected, shameless people are invincible!”
“You have a gentle and loving persona, but you’re doing vicious things behind us. Aren’t you afraid of facing the consequences?”
“It’s a pity that Lynn met such a black-hearted boss. Not only does she have to be the gun in her hand, but she also has to be the scapegoat and take the blame for her!”
For a moment, the entire venue was in an uproar.
If Olivia had the advantage of timing, location, and people at the beginning and was enjoying the support of everyone, then at this moment, she was facing the predicament of being pushed down by everyone.
She thought fans were like sharp arrows in her hands that she could use and order around.
However, water could carry a boat, but it could also overturn it.
When the fans saw through her, they would naturally not be used by her anymore. Instead, they would reveal all their sharpness and stab her.
Lynn stood on the stage and looked at the pale Olivia Cruise. The corners of her mouth curled up slightly. “Miss Cruise, what else do you have to say now?”
Olivia suddenly came back to her senses when her name was suddenly called. Her eyes flickered with panic as she stood rooted to the ground, not knowing what to do.
Looking at the smile on Lynn’s face, the anger in Olivia’s heart burned even more fiercely.
She could no longer maintain her usual gentle image and immediately rushed forward. “Bi*ch!”
However, just as she took a step out, someone suddenly grabbed her wrist.
Olivia subconsciously turned around and was caught off guard when she met Louis’ pitch-black eyes. Her heart suddenly tightened.
Louis’ well-defined face was as cold as ice, and his dark eyes were like a bottomless cold lake, emitting a sharp cold light.
He narrowed his eyes and tightened his grip on Olivia. His deep and cold voice revealed a chilling. coldness. “Olivia, what exactly is going on!”
“I…” Olivia instantly felt like a fishbone was stuck in her throat. “I don’t know either.”
“You don’t know?” Louis looked at her calmly. “Then how do you explain that recording?”
“I, I…” Olivia’s long eyelashes trembled non-stop. She bit her lips and did not dare to look into his eyes. “I was wronged!”
The sudden appearance of this recording did make her panic, but she remembered that Lynn had left her phone on the table when she left.
Therefore, she was certain that this recording was not recorded by Lynn.
