Mary stopped in her tracks and turned around. She stood on the stairs and looked down at Olivia. “Didn’t you interfere in others‘ relationship? Didn’t you snatch other people’s fiancé? I’m just stating the facts. How did I humiliate you?”

“You…” Olivia was so angry that her chest was heaving up and down. She pointed at Mary with a trembling finger.

At this moment, Louis pushed open the door and entered. “Why haven’t you chosen yet?“.

“Louis, this woman is going too far!” Jane was emboldened at the sight of Louis as if she had found a backer. She exaggerated what Mary had said. “Louis, you have to stand up for Olivia!”
