As they were now in a confined space, Janice sensed he was going to say something toportant. She adjusted her posture and waited for Edward to talk

Janice’s heart skipped a bear, but she didn’t know why she reacted that way. She quickly responded. That’s great news. It’s time for you to settle down.” Edward stand intently at her without saying another word.
When they arrived at her place, she got out of the car and bade him goodnight. After waking two steps forward, she stopped and temed around, “I won’t have to use the car anymore now that you’re back, Mr. Moore Thank you.”
She had barely used it for less than a day.
Turning around, Janier walked through the gate as the cool night wind seemed to blow in her ear. Then was the dell sound at a car door closing behind her, followed by a voice calling out, “enice.”

As the words drummed against her ears, Janice stood still and showed no reaction. He had mentioned that playing the role of her boyfriend could piss Simon off, and now, the Moores were pressuring him into a marriage.
