Chapter 47
Niamh took a nap for a few hours, and when she woke up, Billie had already left for work. She had written a note for her.
“Breakfast is in the pot.”
The sight of Billie’s message warmed Niamh’s heart. Clearly, Billie still worried about her, treating her like a pampered young madam of the Jamison family.
The effort Billie put into making breakfast was enough to show that having a friend like her was a true blessing.
Breakfast was all set.
Niamh received a call from Simon, “Hello, Uncle Simon.”
“Quinn Zeller has arrived in Greenburg and will be assisting you from now on,” Simon informed her.
Quinn Zeller? After spending three months abroad, Niamh knew exactly what a formidable presence Quinn was in Simon’s company. She was surprised that Simon had assigned Quinn to assist her.
At this point, getting up was unavoidable. “Thank you, Uncle Simon,” Niamh said.

Looking back, that statement was a major pitfall. After marrying Castiel, many people claimed she was after the Jamison family’s money, making it seem like she was desperate for it.
Now, she realized that she hadn’t fully considered things back then.
Over the years, Renee had always seen her lack of financial independence as proof that she couldn’t survive without Castiel. As a result, Renee constantly manipulated and humiliated her, believing she would never leave Castiel.
Niamh quickly finished her breakfast, tidied
Quinn was quick to get things done up, and went out. She called Quinn from the car, and
On the other end of the line, Quinn said, “I’ve just set up the office, and the recruitment information is already online. Let’s meet to discuss it.”
“Okay, send me your location, Niamh said, shocked.

Just moments ago, Simon had told her that Quinn had arrived in Greenburg, and now she had already set up the office. Hence, her success came as no surprise.
After ending the call, Niamh received Quinn’s location. As she was about to navigate there, Castiel’s call came in. Niamh, who was somewhat directionally challenged, was annoyed with him for hogging the phone.
