Suzy frowned. “Dylan, where did you get this information?” 

“I can’t tell you the source,” he admitted after a pause, “but I can guarantee its authenticity. Honestly, I’ve suspected something strange from the start. It’s almost as if Ruby deliberately revealed her identity. If she’d truly wanted to remain hidden, she wouldn’t have been caught so easily.” 

Suzy shared that sentiment. It was why she had orchestrated Ruby and Mark’s meeting- to verify whether Ruby’s claims were genuine. The reason for her call wasn’t a lack of trust in Dylan’s integrity but an inability to accept the results.
