Victor and Graham stared in disbelief at Dylan’s lifeless body sprawled on the ground, their faces filled with shock and fury. 

Victor, his rage boiling over, charged at Suzy. “Suzy, you really killed him? You’ve gone too far. I’ll make you pay for this!! 

Before he could reach her, Hawk stepped in with a swift kick, sending Victor stumbling back. “I warned you. No one lays a finger on my Junior.” 

Suzy stood with her arms crossed, her face twisted into a mocking smile. “Dylan’s already dead. If you don’t hurry up and take his body, I might as well have him dragged outside to feed the dogs.” 

Her expression was icy and unyielding, with no trace of bluffing 

Victor and Graham exchanged uneasy glances before quickly lifting Dylan’s body and leaving the villa without another word. 

Once they were gone, Suzy turned to Hawk and, without warning, wrapped her arms tightly around him. She clung to him as though trying to steady herself, her voice trembling slightly as she finally spoke. “It’s over, Senior. I’ve finally avenged my family.” 

Hawk’s eyes gleamed as he gently stroked her hair. “You’ve done it, Junior. From now on, you can let go of the past and focus on living for yourself.” 

“Yes, and not just for myself, but for us. I’ll be the best wife you could ever ask for.”

Outside the villa, Victor and Graham were about to load Dylan’s body into their car when Graham’s eyes narrowed in confusion. 

“Victor, wait,” Graham said, pointing at Dylan’s chest. “Look at this.” 

Victor followed his gaze and froze. The gunshot wound, which should have been bleeding profusely, was completely clean. Not a drop of blood seeped from the wound. 

The two exchanged a stunned glance, immediately loading Dylan into the car and speeding away. They drove far enough to feel they were out of immediate danger before pulling over to inspect Dylan’s body. 

Unbuttoning his shirt, their suspicions were confirmed. 

“A bulletproof vest?” Victor exclaimed, baffled. “What the hell is Suzy playing at?”
