Fully aware of Claude’s hatred for Dylan and the extent of his schemes, Suzy quickly turned to Desmond. “I remember you have Allen’s number. Call him right away!” 

Desmond didn’t dare delay. He immediately pulled the car over and called Allen. 

As soon as the call connected, Suzy spoke first, her voice firm. “Send a helicopter to track Claude. We can’t let anything happen to Dylan! 

Allen’s reply was swift. “Already on it.” 

He and Riley had just stepped outside when they saw Claude taking Dylan away. Allen had acted immediately. 

Claude took Dylan westward, successfully shaking off Allen’s pursuit. The helicopter eventually landed on a remote island, where Dylan was locked up like a prisoner. 

Looking at Dylan, now unable to fight back, Claude laughed maniacally. “Dylan, do you really think exposing me means Suzy will be yours? What a fool! If I can’t have Suzy, no one will!” 

“Claude, love isn’t something you can force. Suzy doesn’t see you that way. No matter what you do, the result will always be the same.” 

“Shut up!” Claude roared, his voice nearly unhinged. “If it weren’t for you interfering, Suzy and I wouldn’t have ended up like this!” 

Then, as if a sudden thought struck him, Claude’s expression turned enigmatic. “You’ve been searching for the woman who saved you three years ago, haven’t you?” 

Dylan’s eyes narrowed as understanding dawned. “Three years ago… it was Suzy?” 

Though phrased as a question, his tone was certain. 

Claude smirked. “Talking to someone smart saves me the trouble. That night three years ago was quite the coincidence–you and Suzy were both drugged 

“Even more coincidental, you two crossed paths and became each other’s cure. Suzy wasn’t in her right mind and didn’t realize your condition was the same as hers. She thought you saved her, and out of gratitude, she did everything she could to marry you. 

“That’s the real reason she suddenly appeared and used Grace to arrange the marriage.” 

Dylan fell silent.
