As Dylan and Victor stepped out, they saw Helena standing in front of Suzy’s door, alternately pounding on it with her hands and kicking it with her feet. 

“Suzy, you won’t open the door because you’re guilty, aren’t you?” Helena yelled, her voice dripping with rage. “Of course you are! You played the saint earlier, pretending to give your blessing to me and Dylan, but now, here you are, trying to seduce him!”

you still like him, just admit it! I already said I’m willing to share him with you! You claim you don’t want him, but why did you throw yourself at him in the middle of the night, half- dressed? Don’t you think you’re being a complete hypocrite?” 

Helena’s shouting and pounding on the door quickly attracted a crowd. Several people opened their doors, standing in the hallway to watch the drama unfold. 

Seeing the audience, Helena grew even bolder. “Everyone, tell me, am I wrong? This woman- before I decided to date her ex–husband–promised me multiple times that she had no feelings for him anymore. She even said she fully supported me being with him. 

“I was so grateful to her! I thought she was the best ex–wife in the world. But who would’ve guessed her generosity was all fake? 

“Just now, she set me up, making her ex–husband despise me even more. I didn’t even realize it at first. When I saw him go to her, I was worried he might vent his anger on her because of me. So, I went to find someone to help her. 

“Do you know what I saw when I broke down the door? This woman–who swore she had no feelings for her ex–was lying in bed with him, half–dressed!” 

Helena was trembling with rage, her entire body shaking as she continued, “Have you ever met someone like her? She’s clearly treating me like a fool!” 

The onlookers, hearing Helena’s accusations, began whispering amongst themselves, many openly criticizing Suzy. 

As the murmurs of disapproval grew louder, Dylan’s patience snapped. “Helena, that’s enough! Don’t go overboard!” 

“Overboard?” Helena immediately redirected her anger at Dylan. “Let everyone judge. Who’s really being unreasonable here, me or you two? 

“Look at this man! When his ex–wife claimed they had no relationship, he never denied it. Doesn’t that prove they truly had nothing to do with each other? So, if they’re no longer involved, why were they rolling around together in the middle of the night?” 

“Exactly! A man who keeps getting entangled with his ex–wife after a divorce is the worst!” 

“Isn’t it? If you still love her, take responsibility for her. If not, stop making the relationship so complicated!”
