Elliot’s sudden declaration of “Mentor, I like you” left Suzy completely stunned. 

“What did you just say?” she asked, staring at him in disbelief. 

Elliot was speechless. 

Judging by her reaction, she genuinely seemed surprised. Did this mean she hadn’t realized it before?
