Chapter 0628
“Dylan told me everything!” Elliot said, looking at Dylan. “As soon as he got the lead, he asked me to bring Wendy in!”
Suzy stared at him, certain she had misheard. “What did you just call him?”
Allen was equally stunned. “Wait… did you just call him Dylan?”
“Yeah!” Elliot nodded confidently. “He’s older than me, so I figured I should address him respectfully. Didn’t you say we should get along?”
“I did suggest you get along,” Alfen replied, shaking his head in disbelief. “But I didn’t expect this level of… harmony. No, this isn’t just peaceful, this is downright harmonious!”
He turned to Suzy with a raised brow. “What do you think, boss?”
Suzy didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. What could she even say?
“It’s… fine, I guess. If that was what works for them. Whatever they want to call each other, it’s none of my business.”

Neither man was willing to spare the other a glance.
Seeing their awkward behavior, Allen warned, “If you’re going to keep up the act, make sure it’s convincing. If the boss catches on, you two really won’t stand a chance.”
That sobered them up a bit, and their expressions finally softened.
“Alright, you two can head back now,” Allen said with a dismissive wave. “I’ll stay

and help the boss from here.”
Though neither of them was particularly happy with Allen’s attitude, neither dared argue. Grudgingly, they left.
Once they were gone, Allen strolled back into Suzy’s office, a playful grin on his face. “Boss, feeling another headache coming on
Suzy didn’t bother looking up from her desk
“You know,” Allen continued, leaning casually against the doorframe. “You’re overthinking all this. Why stress yourself out trying to choose between them? Just take both. You’ve got the means to make it work.
“Besides, with the gender imbalance these days, you’d actually be doing the country a favor.”
