Suzy thought she had misheard. "What did you just say?"
If her ears were working fine, then why did she just hear something that shocking?
Dylan felt the same way.
He too thought he was hallucinating. "Say that again."
Both of them spoke at almost the same time.
Allen had expected this exact reaction from them.
Taking another deep breath, Allen frowned so deeply that tension lined his face.
"Didn’t you tell me to find a woman for Elliot? When I brought people over, I heard noises coming from the room.
“At the time, I didn’t think much of it—I assumed he got impatient and found someone himself.
"So when I came to report back to you earlier, I didn’t go into the details.
“But just now, as I was passing by, the door happened to open… and I saw Diana running out, her clothes completely disheveled."
It felt like Suzy had been struck by lightning.
She had considered the idea of pairing Diana and Elliot together before, but after Dylan objected, she let go of the thought.
She also realized she shouldn’t have entertained such an idea in the first place.
But now, it had actually happened.
She had checked on Diana earlier—wasn’t she still unconscious? How did this happen?
Suzy turned to Dylan, whose face looked beyond unpleasant.
Calling his expression "grim" would be an understatement.
Dylan clenched his fists, struggling to suppress the raging fire within him.
After a long moment, he forced himself to ask, "Where is Diana?"
"I had the maids send her back to her room," Allen said, licking his lips uncomfortably.
"She needed to… take a shower first."
Dylan’s expression darkened further. "And Elliot?"
"He’s still in the room where it happened—"
Before Allen could finish, Dylan cut him off. "Take me to him!"
