Hearing this, Theodore took out a card from his pocket and handed it to Aurora.
"Use this card," he said.
"This won't do." Aurora pushed the card away. "She's my cousin. How can I let you pay for everything?"
"It's fine. She's your cousin, so I'm doing this as a favor to you. I'm also showing some hospitality. Let her enjoy herself these days," Theodore insisted, stuffing the card into Aurora's hand.
"Thank you. Don't worry, I'll make sure to spend wisely," Aurora replied.
"It's fine. Spend however you like," Theodore said.
Aurora lowered her head as she blushed. She carefully tucked the card into her bag and then walked over to Angie.
"Angie, we're going to take you to see Theodore's grandmother. She's heard that you're my cousin and wants to meet you."
"Really? That's great! Let's go now!" Angie responded eagerly, her gaze sticking to Theodore like gum.
Theodore felt uncomfortable under Angie's gaze, as though a sleazy man were leering at a woman. However, for Aurora's sake, he didn't show any displeasure. He maintained his politeness and even kindly helped Angie with her suitcase.
The three of them got into the car, and Angie immediately tried to sit in the front passenger seat.
Theodore quickly blocked her and said, "You and Aurora sit in the back. You two haven't seen each other in a while. You can chat."
He didn't want to sit too close to Angie. The heavy scent of her makeup was unpleasant.
Aurora, understanding his discomfort, immediately linked arms with Angie and said, "Angie, let's sit in the back. We need to catch up, so let Theo focus on driving."

The black SUV drove down the road. Aurora and Angie chatted non-stop, making Theodore feel at ease as he drove.
Angie fixed her gaze on Theodore's back, then whispered into Aurora's ear, "Do you two have something going on?"
Aurora blushed and gently nudged Angie. She shyly nodded in agreement.
Angie's eyes widened in disbelief, her jealousy apparent as she whispered, "Is he good in bed?"
Aurora's face turned scarlet, and she nodded again.

Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy,free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists,too many misunderstanding,miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
