Sydney’s face went dark with displeasure when she saw Geoffrey.
She straightened out her clothes, and said, “You father and son are both the same. Geoffrey Carter, do you know what your son did? He wants to kill Rose and see her die on the operating table!”
Geoffrey naturally didn’t believe Sydney’s words. He knew Sebastian, and knew that the latter couldn’t possibly want to kill Rosalie.
The red mark on Sebastian’s cheek was a clear indication that Sydney had slapped Sebastian.
“There must be some misunderstanding here. Can’t you two talk things through properly? There’s no need to fight. Syd, Seb is the junior here. Why make things difficult for him?”
“What junior?” Sydney scoffed. “He’s just a bastard!”
Anger rose in Geoffrey’s chest when he heard Sydney curse at Sebastian. Sydney was probably cursing Sebastian all the way, from the sound of their argument just now.
He grabbed Sydney’s arm, and threatened, “Sydney Harper, take your words back and apologize to him.”
Sydney sneered in disdain, “You want me to apologize to your son? Never!”
Geoffrey suppressed his anger, and said, “Sydney Harper, I’m giving you one chance. It’s still not too late to apologize to him. Do it, or you’ll regret it.”
Sydney flung his hand away. “Regret it? I regret stopping Rose from being with your son! Both of you are bastards. Geoffrey Carter, you’ve really raised your son to follow in your footsteps.”
Sebastian clenched his fists. He didn’t speak, but glared at Sydney as desolation choked him.
Aside from anger, a strange feeling rose up his chest.

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
