Viola drove home, changed her clothes, did makeup and then set out to WI Mansion.
This charity event had invited many stars. Viola never came to this occasion in the past, for she did not like noise. She preferred to give money to deal with it. It was a torture for her to see those people put on a fake smile and made insincere compliments; she would rather stay at home for some rest.
But Western Entertainment had a conflict with the Sutton Group, or she would not have contacted with these celebrities.
She liked to be prepared, to fight the battles that she had to win.
To the destination, Viola attracted a lot of attention as she got off. She was wearing an evening dress from the CHANEL fall couture collection, curls made her delicate face more charming and moving, even the women in front of her felt inferior to her.
Some people recognized her as vice president the Shaws Group, the former fiancée of Eric, and the real sister of Eric's current fiancée.
Many people proposed a toast to her and came to chat with her.
After all, Viola represented the Shaws Group. While dealing with them, Viola looked for Flora.
“Sister, you are here too.” A sweet and familiar voice sounded around her.
Viola subconsciously frowned, only to see the sweet and gorgeous Janet.
“Something wrong?” Viola was concise, cold and alienated.
The audience began to talk about it. There were a few men who wanted to "be the hero" for the beauty, spoke out the fact that Viola was kept.
“I can't imagine she bullies her sister. What is she? Even if she is the vice president of the Shaws Group, so what? She got this position by pleasing a man.”
“Don’t say that, if Mr. Shaws knows you say that to his mistress, you will be targeted.”
“I am not afraid. On which ground he dare do something to me? On the ground the Shaws Group is big? This is Eric Chambers’ future wife. Viola is just a slut.”
Janet's eyes flashed a hint of success smile, then she blushed and hurriedly stopped them, “Stop that, my sister must have her reason. Although she has a hot temper, she will never do that...”
