“Viola, sit here.” Myles suggested kindly, “We're all a family. You don’t have to sit alone.”
“Come on, I'm busy.” Viola twisted her eyebrows impatiently.
Myles’s eyes flashed a trace of disgust, but his fat face was still calm, saying, “I am sad about what you said to Janet. I thought this house together with your mother, and it is under our name. I wanted to show you prove, but unexpectedly, I failed to find the house property certificate.”
Viola raised her eyebrow, moved her eyes from the phone to Myles.
How could a mercenary like Myles would lose something as important as his house property certificate? Did he think she was a gullible fool?
Her eyes were so sharp that Myles's heart shivered slightly.
But he still said gently, “Since childhood, you and Janet fought for everything, but you have both grown up. As her elder sister, you should be nice to her. Besides, she did nothing wrong. How could you say that you are going to drive us out?”
Viola sneered and felt interesting, “Finished?”
“It is my turn then, first, since it is the house bought by you and my mother, and there are names in the house property certificate, you might as well go to do a replacement and show me. Second, why should I be nice to Janet? She stole my fiance, spread the rumor I was kept by a rich man, and she even went with Eric to try to catch us in bed. And you, my good father, you have always acted as an accomplice. You make me disappointed. Don’t you three have new tricks?”
