Dear Ex-wife Marry Me novel (Maja) novel Chapter 1192

Ian remained silent, his fingers unconsciously curling, before he disentangled himself from her embrace and went to dress.

"Ian, are you upset?"

She had drifted off to sleep not too long after they had started last night. He must feel not good.

"No, Maja, I'm going to the Raymond Corporation."

He had finished freshening up and was now standing at the door, "You should get some rest."

Maja was still in her nightgown, her neck marked by his excited bites.

Before she could say something, Ian had already left.

Maja sighed softly, rubbing between her brows; she had no idea what was wrong this time.

As Ian left the living room, Coco sprang up from nearby, aiming to bite the hem of his pants.

But upon meeting his gaze, Coco carefully stood aside, wagging its tail slightly.

Ian's gaze deepened, as he stared at the dog for a few seconds before heading out.

Coco kept following him from a short distance, only daring to wag its tail lightly, unlike the way she would rush at Maja.

It wasn't until Ian had left through the main gate that Coco stood loyally at the iron gate, whimpering a few times.

Ian hadn't slept last night, his head throbbing painfully.

He drove to the office. As soon as he stepped out of the elevator, he saw Eric.

This was the first time he had run into Eric in the company.

He wasn't worried about anyone turning on him in the upper management. After all, they were his people now. But the Raymond family all supported Eric, and now many members of the Raymond family stood behind Eric, including Maureen Raymond and Ryan.

Ryan had been forced to come, and on seeing Ian, he shrunk back guiltily.

Maureen had offended Ian during Ian’s last fight with Dennis. Worried about her future position in the Raymond Corporation, and with no shares left in her hands, she rushed to curry favor with Eric when she heard he was back, hoping Eric would reclaim the presidency of the Raymond Corporation.

Little did she know, Eric was not the same person he once was.

Patric exchanged a look with Ian, raising an eyebrow before chuckling lightly.

"Ian, you're back?"

Ian glanced at him and walked into his own office.

Maureen hastily explained to Eric, "Ian's temper is just as unpredictable as before, and he doesn't like to communicate with us."
