Maja heaved a sigh of relief, feeling utterly exhausted. 

But she didn’t want to spend the night here. So, she quietly cleaned up the mess on the floor, making sure she hadn’t left anything behind. She even took out the trash from the room and forgot to take her thermos, and just bolted out of the place. 

However, down the stairs, she met Kim again. 

Kim was limping, looking like she’d had a rough night with Silver Cames. 

Maja was also struggling to walk because of her injured ankle. 

Kim saw her and let out a scoff Judging by their similar situations and the fact that they were leaving the hotel late at night, Kim figured Maja must’ve been up to the same thing. 

She once thought Maja was a straight arrow, but now it seemed she was just as shady as herself. 

Kim scoffed again, examining Maja from head to toe in the elevator, and then scoffed again. 

“Who did you entertain tonight? You look like you had a rough one.” 

She was eager to see Maja lose her cool, so she didn’t mince her words! 

“Looks like the man was pretty satisfied with your service, how much did you make tonight?” 

Maja frowned and didn’t respond. When the elevator stopped, she stepped out without a word, 

Kim was pissed and quickly caught up with her. 

“Maja! You’d better keep what’s going on tonight a secret, Otherwise, I will tell others about you sleeping with someone in the hotel, we are all the same, we don’t have to look down on each other!” She had a smug look on her face. She used to worry that Maja would blab about her and Silver. 

But now, since Maja was doing the same thing, it was a blessing in disguise! 

Suddenly, Maja noticed a classy–looking woman approaching from outside. 

Maja turned to look at Kim. 

“Did you know that Silver Cames is married? If his wife finds out about your little hotel rendezvous, the consequences will be very serious.” 

Kim scoffed and straightened up. 

“Mr. Carnes told me he that he didn’t care about the woman in the family at all, and now he only likes me. Maja, I bet you’re just jealous because he never made a move on you even after three years of working together. 

Maja couldn’t wrap her head around Kim. When did hooking up with other women’s husbands.become something to be proud of? 

Women like her, who took pride in attracting many men, were no different from men who bragged about sleeping with many women. They were all just frivolous. 

They never considered that they might just be cheap. 

Just as Kim was about to continue mocking Maja, the woman who just walked in charged at her, swinging her purse at her.. 

“You bitch!” 

Caught off guard, Kim was hit in the head and pushed her away in a rage. 

“Are you crazy?!” 

The woman sneered, raised her hand directly, and slapped Kim. “You have the ability to seduce other people’s husbands! Why can’t you admit it? I am the woman you mentioned, and you are the one who keeps calling him. Bitch, I’m going to beat you to death tonight!” Maja seized the opportunity to leave the hotel. 

She had worked with Silver for several years and had met his wife before, which is why she recognized her and deliberately asked Kim that question. 

Maja smirked as she drove back to the Rosewood Manor. 

When lan woke up in the morning, he found that Maja was gone. 

Her suit and blanket were neatly folded on the couch and the broken pieces on the floor were cleaned up. 

He didn’t say anything, just changed into a new suit and got ready to head to the Raymond Corporation. 

Her scent lingered in the room, impossible to ignore. 

There was a new message on his phone from Maja. It showed a pending payment.
